This is really a case of Alchemy. Self Mastering through the purification of my own soul The only way to purify anything is to break it down to it's most elemental form. What is our level of purity based off of? Diet? I would say that certainly plays a role in your purity of mind body and spirit but that is not the only piece of the puzzle. The data we place in our mind will certainly influence our ability to have a connection with the source because it first requires the knowledge of the possibility of a connection along with the faith that it is possible that allows it to be so. It is like flying in a dream, you have to believe you can do it because if you doubt it for one instant you will start to fall. But if you can maintain that level of consciousness and allow yourself to flow with that feeling then you can ride the wave of higher consciousness while it is available to you.
